LIUX is duly registered in the Commercial Register of Madrid, Volume 41809, Folio 150, Sheet number M-740559, Inscription 1 and Spanish Tax Identification Number B-04998993.

This Legal Notice regulates the conditions of access and use of the Website accessible through the domain name http://www.liux.eco and any of its subdomains (the “Website”), owned by LIUX. For the use of the Website and the service it is necessary to read, understand and accept this Legal Notice that LIUX makes available to the user through the Website and which is supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, as well as the Specific Terms which, where applicable, are made available to users for the provision of certain services.

Disclaimer

LIUX disclaims all liability relating to:

(I) The operation of the Website, including causes of force majeure, or any other outside the will of LIUX, which is not fully operational, or possibly lacks the minimum functionality to manage the relevant service.

(II) Any errors or security deficiencies that may arise from the use by users of a browser of an outdated or insecure version, as well as by the activation of password or password-keeping devices identification of the user registered in the browser or any damages, errors or inaccuracies that may arise from the malfunction of the same.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The operation and use of the Website and this Legal Notice are governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
